OF COURSE we had to make matching Bloomers to go with our Queen of Halloween Cutie tops - introducing: The Cutie Pie Bloomers!

Each piece is mesh so it is sheer. The design is flocked along with being studded with glitter (that doesn't flake off!)

This style is SUPER stretchy, so we have 5 sizes- XS/S, S/M, L/XL, 2X/3X and 4X/5X.

Please note that measurements in the size chart include the relaxed (non stretched) measurement first, and the maximum stretch (stretched to capacity thanks to elastic) second.
