Refund policy

Store credit or exchange for items NOT purchased from the SALE section will be given as long as the returned item is sent back within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept packages that are sent to us without prior refund authorization.  Once the item is received back at our HQ, and checked for damages, we will issue store credit or an exchange, depending on your request

If you receive a damaged item, please contact johanna@waxpoeticclothing.com and proved images so that we can process a refund and provide you with a return shipping label.

All items that are purchased on sale are final and no exchanges or store credit will be issued.
