Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum orders: A size run of S-2XL is the minimum requirement for all orders unless otherwise stated. Certain restocks may require a higher size run minimum. Single size ordering is allowed as long as the size run minimum is met. All pre-orders require a single size run S-2XL.
2. Placing Orders: All wholesale orders can be placed on Faire Marketplace - https://waxpoeticclothing.faire.com. You must have a buyer account with Faire Marketplace to view wholesale collections and place orders. To sign up for an account please click here. 3. Payment: Payment is due in full once order is ready to ship. Invoice will be sent to the email address on file. Payment can be made online. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. For pre-orders/restocks, a 20% deposit is required.  Deposit payment must be paid with Paypal or any major CC or debit card. Balance is due once order is ready to ship. Orders will not ship until payment is received in full. 
4. Pre-orders: Approximate pre-order availability is listed on the product description. All pre-order styles require a minimum single size run S-2XL.
5. Restocks: Approximate restock availability and restock order minimums are listed on the product description
6. Shipping: Domestic shipping will be Fedex or UPS, International shipping will be DHL; if the customer has their own shipping account, we will be happy to use that as well.
7. International Customs: International customers must be responsible for customs fees. Any returned packages due to being unclaimed in customs will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded if packages are returned due to being unclaimed.
8. Returns: All items must be inspected within 30 days of receipt. Returns may only be requested due to defects or flaws. Any returns after the 30 day window will not be accepted.
9. MSRP: Products or goods purchased from Wax Poetic Clothing shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). MSRP is listed in the product page description. 
10. Product Images: You may use our product images for your inventory; however, if you share our photos on social media, be sure to tag the photographer and model. 
11. Product Listings: All product listings on wholesale customers websites must have Wax Poetic Clothing listed as the brand in title and/or in product description.
12. Intellectual Property: The buyer agrees that the Wax Poetic Clothing name, distinctive signs, graphics compositions, and images are the intellectual property of Wax Poetic Clothing

Once order is placed and confirmed it is binding. 

Wax Poetic Clothing reserves the right to deny or cancel a customer's wholesale account without written notice if Wax Poetic Clothing deems the customer is not a suitable representation of the brand, and/or if any wholesale terms are broken.
